This page explains what happens to the details you type into the "Book a visit" form on this website.
What we collect
Only what you type: what the visit is about, your name, mobile number, email, and your preferred day and sitting. The site has no login, no advertising trackers and no analytics.
Where it goes
The form is sent by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service, to the clinic's inbox. FormSubmit handles the message under its own privacy policy.
How it's used
Your details are used only to reply to your request. They are not sold or shared for marketing.
The symptom check
Your answers to the three questions stay in your browser. They are not sent anywhere unless you choose to book or send a WhatsApp message, and then only as the short note you can see and edit in the form.
WhatsApp and phone
If you tap WhatsApp, your message goes through WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's terms. The site only pre-fills the text; nothing is sent until you press send.
Map
The map on the home page is provided by Google Maps and loads only when you scroll near it. Google may set its own cookies.
